How to order:

  • 1. Find your piece.

    Browse the available ceramics and choose the piece you're interested in. Each product listing includes a description, price and details about the piece.

  • 2. Send an enquiry.

    Get in touch via the contact form and let me know which piece you'd like to purchase. I'll confirm its availability and, where possible, share additional photos or discuss variations in shape, colour or glaze.

    If you're interested in a piece that is no longer available, feel free to ask about a possible made-to-order version.

  • 3. Confirm your purchase.

    Once we've agreed on the piece and all the details, I'll send you a confirmation with the total price, including shipping costs, as well as the payment information.

    Available pieces can be reserved for 7 days while awaiting payment. If payment hasn't arrived within this period, the reservation may expire.

  • 4. Complete your payment.

    Payment is made in advance via PayPal or bank transfer. The full amount, including shipping costs where applicable, must be received before your order is dispatched.

  • 5. Your piece is on its way.

    Once payment has been received and I've got your delivery address, I'll carefully pack your ceramic and prepare it for shipping.
