You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Statutory Rights in the Event of Defective Goods

Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected (§§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)). If an item is demonstrably damaged upon receipt or differs substantially from the item ordered, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, including repair or replacement, a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract. These rights cannot be excluded.
